Unless otherwise stated, the articles are in stock, and delivery time will usually be 3-5 days from order. All orders will be shipped by UPS. It is possible to track the shipment by logging into your account and typing in the UPS tracking number, which you find on the order confirmation. All packages are fully insured for your security.
You will receive an email confirming your order. You can always log into your account to see the status of your order.
All prices are NET in € excl. VAT.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by the following cards:
MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB.
We use encryption technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that orders or personal data only can be read by computers and personnel at TRESU A/S. Credit card account information cannot be read by personnel. We need your name, address for delivery, e-mail address and telephone no. to be able to execute your order. This information we do treat with utmost confidence.
By payment with credit card, your order will be handled immediately and the amount is drawn on your card when the goods are shipped.
Should you wish to change the method of payment from credit card to invoice, please contact us.
Shipping charges will be according to UPS standard rates/Post Danmark and will appear on the order confirmation.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Standard warranty time is 12 months for purchases made by companies or for business purpose. Warranty applies to products showing discrepancies and/or malfunctions not evident at purchase, provided that product itself has been used correctly within applicable regulations as described in official technical manuals.
Warranty service will include repairing or replacing (at TRESU's option) of the product and will exclude technical maintenance on site, as well as after-sales installation.
In any case the device to repair or to replace must be returned to the address given by TRESU A/Sin its original packaging (including manual and fittings like cables); to avoid eventual damages, whenever possible, this original package should be placed within a further external package where the Customer should clearly mark the RMA number (Return Material Authorization). Warranty shall not apply to devices which should be damaged by static electricity, misuse or unauthorized tampering. Customer must bear full transport charges for the return of goods.
