Conductivity monitoring kit for measuring undissolved particulates in the fountain solution for chemistry regulation. Alarm is activated when pre-set parameters are exceeded informing the press operator to change the fountain solution. 

Kit can be added to Tresu DWC's built between 2008 and April of 2022. Assembly plugs into the back panel of the DWC and is controlled by the front panel HMI unit.

In-line probe with titanium electrodes for long life. The unit measures conductivity from 900 to 6000 micro Siemens. The accuracy of the meter and probe is 2% of the full scale reading with a repeatability of 1%. If the sensor is open or the connections are broken, the screen will flash in alarm. Fountain solution conductivity values will vary depending on your printing application and procedures.
