General Description

TRESU Wash & Print WB Cleaning Detergent has been developed for daily cleaning of anilox rollers in multi-color printing machines. TRESU Wash & Print WB Cleaning Detergent is also suitable for the manual cleaning of printing plates and other machine parts which are contaminated with water-based printing inks.

Instructions for use

Mechanical cleaning: Add undiluted in reservoir of machine. Heating above 40 degrees is not advised and unnecessary. Place contaminated parts in washing machine and start cleaning.
Manual cleaning: Use undiluted in bucket or spray bottle. Apply to surfaces and allow to soak for a few minutes (time depends on degree of contamination). Clean surfaces with clean water.

Dosage

1 liter of TRESU Wash & Print WB Cleaning Detergent to 10 liters of water.

Storage / Shelf life

Shelf life is 1 year after production date. Production date is on the label as part of the batchnummer (6 digits for the date and last 2 digits for the production row on that date).

General Description

Suitable for manual and mechanical cleaning of parts and printing plates contaminated with solvent- and/or UV-based inks.

Instructions for use:

Mechanical Cleaning: Add Wash & Print UV Special undiluted in the reservoir of the machine. Heating the cleaner is not advised and unnecessary. Place contaminated parts or printing plates in the washing machine and start the program. (For further instructions, refer to the washing machine user’s manual)

Manual Cleaning: Use Wash & Print UV Special undiluted in a bucket or a spray bottle. Apply it to the surfaces which have to be cleaned. Allow to soak for a few minutes (time depends on the degree of contamination) Rinse the substrate with clean water.

Flush N Clean is a non-caustic, organic neutral pH system cleaner flush intended to loosen and remove debris and rust from the inside of the print rollers, chiller tank and piping, maintaining proper thermal transfer for best print quality. Flush and Clean is a yellow/gold colored liquid that should be added at a rate of 1 gallon per 200 gallons of system volume. Once added, systems should circulate with cleaner present for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 3 days. Upon completion, system needs to be flushed to drain until the water is completely replenished with city water and no cleaner is present.

Chill Guard is a corrosion inhibitor designed to protect all metal components of a chiller/piping system. Chill Guard is a dark red liquid and should be added at the rate of 1 gallon of Chill Guard per 100 gallons of system water. Water should turn a pinkish/light red color when treatment is present. Over treating with Chill Guard will not hurt the system components. Minimum concentration is 1:100. System should be flushed and cleaned before initial Chill Guard treatment addition to remove any debris, dirt, construction material, etc. Tresu Flush and Clean is part# 3045520.
