The TRESU Wash & Print cleaning liquids are especially developped for the cleaning of UV inks. 
This allows the effective cleaning of all ink systems of a printing plant. For TRESU  iCoat equipment use part number 3034494.
TRESU Wash & Print for the respective ink system removes in conjunction with the recommended cleaning process even dried ink from the anilox roller as well as from all other parts of the machine. 
The TRESU Wash & Print cleaning liquids are exactly adjusted and thus ensure a very effective and economic cleaning result without affecting the different components of the printing unit like anilox roller, pumps, seals and chamber doctor blade systems. 
The high environmental compatibility as well as the low foaming are two of the remarkable features of TRESU Wash & Print.

General Description

Wash & Print UV Cleaning Detergent is suitable for the manual cleaning of anilox rollers, (machine-)parts and printing plates contaminated with UV based inks.

Instructions for use

Mechanical cleaning: Add undiluted in reservoir of machine. Heating not advised and unnecessary. Place contaminated parts in washing machine and start cleaning.
Manual cleaning: Use undiluted in bucket or spray bottle. Apply to surfaces and allow to soak for a few minutes (time depends on degree of contamination). Clean surfaces with clean water.

Undiluted.

Storage / Shelf life

Shelf life is 1 year after production date. Production date is on the label as part of the batchnummer (6 digits for the date and last 2 digits for the production row on that date).
