General Description

Suitable for manual and mechanical cleaning of parts and printing plates contaminated with solvent- and/or UV-based inks.

Instructions for use:

Mechanical Cleaning: Add Wash & Print UV Special undiluted in the reservoir of the machine. Heating the cleaner is not advised and unnecessary. Place contaminated parts or printing plates in the washing machine and start the program. (For further instructions, refer to the washing machine user’s manual)

Manual Cleaning: Use Wash & Print UV Special undiluted in a bucket or a spray bottle. Apply it to the surfaces which have to be cleaned. Allow to soak for a few minutes (time depends on the degree of contamination) Rinse the substrate with clean water.

Dosage:

Undiluted.

Wash & Print Anilox 1 kg

General Description

Wash & Print Anilox has been developed for the periodic manual cleaning of anilox rollers contaminated with water solvent- and UV-based inks. For this type of cleaning, it is not necessary to dismount anilox rollers from their printing machines.

Instructions for use

Manual Cleaning: Apply Wash & Print Anilox on the anilox roller with a spray bottle. Then apply a quantity of Wash & Print Anilox on the supplied sponge and rub the surface that has to be cleaned. Rinse the sponge with water. Rinse the anilox roller with plenty of water using a rinse-program (by printing machine) or with a wet cloth. Wipe the anilox roller dry with a clean cloth or tissue.
N.B.: If the anilox roller is severely contaminated, it may be necessary to repeat this process
Do not allow this product to dry out. The contaminants that had been soaked loose could then re-harden on the surface of the roller.

Ready to use.

Wash & Print Floor 5 kg

General Description

Wash & Print Floor has been developed for general cleaning of floors with a scrubbing machine and is applicable on a wide variety of industrial floors and is suitable to remove most water-based inks.

Instructions for use

Scrubbing machine: Add Wash & Print Floor diluted with water (general advise 1:30) in the reservoir of the cleaning machine. Use the scrubber machine according to the instructions in the user manual

Manual Cleaning: Dilute Wash & Print Floor with water (general advise 1:30) in a bucket. Apply it on the floor with a mop. If necessary, allow to soak for a few minutes. Use a mop with clean water to remove residue

Dosage:

Diluted with water from 1:10 up to 1:50.

TRESU Wash & Print WB Cleaning Detergent has been developed for daily cleaning of anilox rollers in multi-color printing machines. TRESU Wash & Print WB Cleaning Detergent is also
suitable for the manual cleaning of printing plates and other machine parts which are contaminated with water-based printing inks.

Instructions for use

Use undiluted in spray bottle. Apply to surfaces and allow to soak for a few minutes (time depends on the degree of contamination). Clean surfaces with clean water.

Wash & Print Sponge

General Description

Reusable Melamine sponge can use it 3-4 times, or even longer. 
Sponge can be used for all products in our product portfolio, especially recommended for the anilox cleaner. A special microfiber sponge designed to optimize the cleaning of anilox rolls. Not only is the cleaning pad customized to slightly penetrate the cell, it is also less absorbent than a typical sponge.

This lets the leave the cleaning pad during the wiping application, utilizing in a much more efficient manner than a rag or shop towel.

Optimizes the cleaning action of on anilox rollers

Designed to slightly penetrate into the cell as well as help evenly distribute over the entire surface of the roller while minimizing the amount of needed to clean the anilox roller

Instructions for use

Use one side of the sponge to rub in and spread the product after it have soaked for a minute or two. Then use the other side of the sponge to soak up the rest of the product before cleaning the material with water. 

Remember to rinse the sponge after use, before reusing it. Do not twist the sponge but squeeze it to avoid tear the sponge.
